Leather Goods Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

All orders delivered within the United Kingdom are dispatched within 2 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD or DHL. We will try to accommodate any special requests that you have. 

As a general rule, please expect items within the United Kingdom to be delivered within 5 working days from the date of dispatch. 

The bag shop will not be held responsible for any damage during delivery or return of goods. 

Returns:

You have 14 days from the date on which you received your order to send your item back to us with your own method. 

Please make sure your returned bags or items are new, unused and in the packaging provided with the product at the point of sale. If not the full sale price may not be refunded.

Once your Leather Goods are returned to our premises we will quality check them and proceed with your refund.

Depending upon the payment type used please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be completely processed.
